Considering the series and OVA only, I would definitely pair Tomoki with Sohara Mitsuki because it’s really obvious that Tomoki also has feelings for her and just won’t admit it. The same goes for Sohara since it’s been shown that she had a dream of Tomoki doing all perverted stuff to her. LOL ALSO! There was an episode where both of them got “left” behind on Mikako’s island. You can see how sweet they have become and even had the tendency of kissing each other. LOL
Now, if I consider the movie as well, I’d pair Tomoki to Kazane Hiyori. I swear! They look awesome together! Hiyori may just be the reason for Tomoki to stop doing perverted stuff to everyone. I just loved how Tomoki became confused of how to react to Hiyori’s confession and how much he became depressed after she self-destructed. Hiyori loved Tomoki more than Ikaros, Sohara, and Nymph and even if it was only her dream as an angeloid, she sacrificed her freedom just to see her beloved Sorami City and the guy he loved so much, Tomoki.
